Frozen Shoulders Treatment

Frozen shoulder also known as adhesive capsulitis, is a condition characterized by pain and stiffness in your shoulder that develops gradually and resolve within 1 or 2 years. This condition occurs more commonly in diabetes and in people who’ve kept their arm immobilized for a long period.Condition can most commonly be identified in people recovering from injury or any medical procedure that prevented them from moving their arm.

The goals of physical therapy are to decrease pain,increase function and teach the patient a maintenance program including strengthening and stretching exercises and the precautions that need to be taken care of in order to prevent any future problem.
